Hello Divers!
This February is great for cold water diving at Philips Outdoor Center. The water is currently about 45 degrees throughout the quarry and the visibility is excellent throughout the different depths except as you get close to the bottom. Come on out with your drysuit or thick wetsuit for some diving!
